PAVER is a pavement management system developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) to help owners and operators manage roadway and airfield pavement networks. Built around the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) methodology, it supports standardized inspections and condition assessment in accordance with ASTM D6433 (roads and parking lots) and ASTM D5340 (airfields). PAVER enables users to build a complete pavement inventory; record and analyze distress data; model deterioration; and prioritize maintenance and repair (M&R) projects under various budget scenarios. It produces multi-year work plans and funding forecasts, along with clear reports and decision-support visuals to justify investments and communicate performance. Widely used by military installations, airports, municipalities, and transportation agencies, PAVER helps extend asset life, reduce lifecycle costs, and align maintenance strategies with industry best practices. (Historically known to many users as MicroPAVER.)

PAVER is developed by US Army Corps of Engineers and is used by 2 users of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 5.2, 5.3, 6.0, 6.1 and 6.5. The names of program executable files are EMS Desktop Demo.exe, Imexport.exe and ImportExport.exe.
